Tibor Kovács

Kovács Tibor holds a degree in economics with a specialisation in foreign trade and a degree in EU economics. He has been working in the field of taxation since 2006, with a special focus on VAT and indirect tax compliance and consulting. He joined RSM Hungary Zrt. in 2015. Before that he worked at the National Tax and Customs Administration's Directorate of Large Taxpayers, and later at a Big4 company, where he gained special compliance knowledge in the field of foreign and Hungarian indirect tax returns as a tax manager. He was also involved in compliance engagements for global market players, international tax investigations, managing clients' tax issues, introducing and supporting new clients.
He is a member of RSM Hungary Zrt.'s financial representation team specializing in international VAT services; he is involved as a manager in various compliance and consulting projects, works in the area of digital taxation, and is responsible for assisting new clients in financial representation and tax registration engagements.
He manages and supervises Hungarian and foreign tax filing projects of Hungarian and non-resident companies, participates in tax consulting, and performs tax representation tasks during tax audits.
