RSM Hungary’s Successes at the 2024 BeneFit Prize

We are proud to share that at the 2024 BeneFit Prize ceremony, RSM Hungary received outstanding recognition. In addition to winning the Audience Award in the mid-market category, we were honored with two distinguished special awards.

Workplace Environment Special Award

This accolade was presented by Ottó Feuertag, founder of Europa Design. Our objective in designing the office was to create a truly unique and welcoming work environment—one that, according to feedback from clients and colleagues alike, could stand its ground anywhere in the world. Modern architectural elements—such as concrete and wooden surfaces—blend harmoniously with natural materials and greenery, embodying both sustainability and innovation. The office is not only a functional workspace but also an inspiring communal area, featuring extras such as a library, wine cooler, Xbox, and special community-building programs.

Mental-Wellness Special Award

By decision of the professional jury, our HR Director Magdolna Schepp accepted the Mental-Wellness Special Award, which recognizes our efforts to support the physical and mental well-being of our colleagues. Within the framework of our Employee Well-Being Program, we have developed a unique support package that includes:

  • Free psychological counseling and coaching services
  • A health-insurance plan covering medical expenses
  • Our #rsmhelp program, which provides urgent assistance to those in need
  • An All You Can Move membership to encourage regular exercise
  • Recharging community and team-building programs, such as craft workshops, competitions, and cultural events

These honors not only reflect the success of our work but also underscore RSM Hungary’s commitment to continuously improving our colleagues’ well-being, the workplace environment, and the overall sense of community.
