Bálint is the managing partner of RSM Legal | Szűcs and Partners Attorneys-at-law.
He is member of the Hungarian Bar, qualified tax advisor and has LL.M. degree in banking law and oil and gas law. He is listed arbitrator at the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce. As an attorney-at-law he is engaged in legal issues pertaining to business associations and management and protection of private wealth. He is assisting our clients in due diligence of businesses, planning and implementation of company structures, M&A transactions, wealth planning, succession and matrimonial issues. He is an acknowledged expert of the oil and gas and energy sector.
