Dr. Gergely Pál joined our firm in 2020, he has become an attorney-at-law and member of the Bar in 2021. Following graduation at Pázmány University, he has completed post gradual studies and received his LL.M. from Pázmány in the area of financial law. Gergely's activities include managing the day-to-day legal affairs of various companies and related general labor and corporate law matters. He is also regularly participate in due diligence and M&A transactions and related legal advice. He has experience in drafting and negotiating real estate and commercial contracts. After graduating from Pázmány’s law faculty, he obtained a financial law specialist qualification (LL.M.) at Pázmány’s postgraduate training. Besides Hungarian, he speaks and works in English.
