András Kozma

András Kozma is the head of the ESG Services at RSM Hungary, bringing over 25 years of executive experience in the financial sector. He is a prominent expert in green finance in Hungary and has extensive professional knowledge in ESG, supported by his EFPA, BIB, BSE, and PANTHERA certifications. As an ESG consultant accredited by SZTFH, he specializes in corporate governance and sustainability consulting, sustainability due diligence, and leading ESG strategic projects.

Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions at numerous multinational financial institutions and served as CEO and director of several Hungarian banks and credit insurance companies. He is the founder of Credit Management Group, a company specializing in green finance and sustainability consulting. Additionally, he serves as a board member of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and is the president of ESG Club Hungary.
