Marcell Tatai-Szabó is a Partner in RSM Hungary’s FDI practice and an expert in foreign direct investment and investment projects in Hungary. An economist by profession, he has more than 15 years of experience in state aid and investment promotion and has gained significant experience in both the public and private sectors.
In his work, he supports international companies in preparing their investment decisions in Hungary and managing the entire lifecycle of their projects. His professional activities range from assessing investment opportunities and evaluating potential sites to developing incentive strategies, liaising with public authorities and coordinating project implementation.
He has extensive experience in preparing greenfield and brownfield investments, as well as advising on access to cash subsidies and tax incentives.
