Over 20 years of experience in capital markets and sustainability
Rita has spent more than fifteen years at the Budapest Stock Exchange as Director of the Issuer Department, while also serving as a member and later Chair of the Supervisory Board of KELER KSZF. During this time, she gained comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of capital market regulations, processes, and institutional frameworks.
She began working on ESG regulation within the capital markets, which has been the main focus of her activities for the past five years. Prior to joining RSM, she led ESG services in the tax advisory division of an international consulting firm as a Director. In this role, she gained experience in sustainability reporting (GRI, SASB, ESRS, EU Taxonomy), supply chains (CSDDD, Hungarian ESG Act, EUDR), sustainability risk management, strategies, and regulatory compliance.
She is a bar-admitted lawyer (graduated from ELTE), holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, and is a certified green finance expert (BIB), EFPA ESG Advisor, and GRI Certified Professional. She has completed the University of Cambridge ESG Risk Management program and is an SZTFH-accredited ESG consultant.
